Richard Phillips founded Phillips Signs in 1984, building the company on a commitment to quality work and genuine customer focus. Today that legacy continues under James Hamaker, a DFW native, U.S. Air Force veteran, and hands-on operator with more than 15 years of experience leading engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams. James came home to North Texas to raise his family and invest in local businesses. He isn't here to change what makes Phillips Signs work. He's here to be a steward of it: investing in the team, preserving the craftsmanship our customers count on, and growing the business for the long term. From our facility in Grand Prairie, Texas, which spans more than 30,000 square feet on 3 acres, our team designs and builds high-quality custom signage for national brands, sign companies, and outdoor advertising companies, and we deliver it on time.
